Lorna goes international!

I hope that your taste buts are ready because I made these 3 delicious cakes!

And well those cakes aren’t just cakes, because they are also the festive announcement of the fact that my blog is now also available in English!
Isn’t that great!

It means that you who doesn’t know any Dutch, can now also read my blog and make my recipes!

So because of this great announcement I wanted to make something nice and more festive looking. And well I kind of nailed I think, if I may say so myself. Hahaha.

A few weeks ago I asked a question in a vegan group on Facebook, I asked if someone knew something that was tasty with a cake of Almond-flour. And well.. the conclusion was, kind of everything.

So I made a few instead of one! And these 3 came trough the test!

The Disaronno Sour
Cherry with mascarpone
Caramel with Espresso butter-cream

 

All 3 just as tasty and not particularly difficult and next to that all 3 of them are vegan and gluten-free with a base of a vanilla almond cake.

For all 3 of them I made a full recipe for a cake of 20cm (8 inch). If you want to make the small cakes like I did you need to use 1/4th of the topping recipes.
The bowls I used are from the cheesecakes of GÜ, eating cake before making cake is the best thing ever! Haha!
